It is a normal city, with Colosseum's, Temples, market places, and a huge center building where "Zero" lives. The upper city is split in two parts with "Zero's" home in the middle, the north part of the city name is "Morpheus" (The Greek God of Dreams), the only way into either city is through a huge gate called "The Gates of Morpheus". The north buildings themselves are a mix of Roman and Greek structures. The upper city does have crimes and it's trouble with the "law" but not as bad as it's sister city which is underneath it.
