The south side of the city is called "Ate" (The Greek God of Foolish Acts/Ruin/Folly/Delusion). The south buildings are a mix of Roman and Greek structures, the south-side looks more wealthy and well kept. The upper city does have crimes and it's trouble with the "law" but not as bad as it's sister city which is underneath it.
