Under the city of Morpheus and Ate is another city named "Loki"(The Norse God of Deception). "Zero's" home building also extends down below into the middle of this city too. The only way to get to the city of Loki is through the temples of the upper city, which are located in the four corners of the District, or through "Zero's" home. Down there, it is just like the upper city but more dark and sinister, yet looks even more wealthy then the upper city. Just like the above city, it has it's own Colosseum's, temples and market places, but it also has a black market which allows for "Zero" to track, locate, learn anything about everything. The city of Loki feels and operates like normal Drow cities, which it does with all it's crimes, random street fights and murders, but looks nicer.
